This relates to our Group events and as well as individual store and or brand events, stores in which are part of the Weissach Group at our Vancouver and Calgary locations – Weissach, Lotus, Lamborghini, Automobili Pininfarina, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Rimac Automobili, and RUF Automobiles. Throughout the year, we often host exclusive client events and as well as community events. It is understood that any assets produced from but not limited to photography, video, and augmented reality experiences will be the the Company’s property. We are not required to share or send such assets including raw files or finished production with clients. For all of our events, we hire professional photographers to capture video clips and photos of our events. We do not accept soliciting by other professionals not explicitly hired for our event. If you (event attendee) do not want your photo taken, please let us know in advance at events@gain-vi.ca.
14. Purchase Method. Only products offered for sale on our RUF Shop site at the time of placing the Order can be purchased online from our shop site, unless RUF Automobiles Canada provides you with an online checkout page to make a RUF related online purchase.
15. Prices and Payment Methods. 15.1 The prices indicated on the Website shall be understood as inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any delivery costs or payment charges shall in any case be notified to the Client via an email or phone call and such shipment charges will be quoted separately.
15.2 Clients must have a valid credit card in order to make an online purchase.
16. Delivery of Products and Associated Charges. 16.1 The products purchased shall be delivered to the shipping address indicated on the Order by the Client within the timeframe communicated by a RUF Automobiles Canada representative. RUF Automobiles Canada reserves the right to accept or refuse requests for delivery beyond the territories of Canada and the United States of America.
16.2 In any case, for deliveries outside the territories of Canada and the United States of America, delivery expenses and lead times may be subject to change.
